Biodynamic farming favours the development of more autonomous farms, which stimulate biodiversity. It has a great respect for raw materials, which become certified Demeter once they have been transformed. Only transformation techniques that do not denature food products are allowed; there is a very restricted use of additives, even natural ones.
This Demeter “Grand Cru” olive oil is produced in a limited quantity of 2000 bottles a year.
